This fall, we’re rolling out Co-op 101: Understanding and Communicating the Co-op Advantage. This training will help employees better understand how cooperatives work and how to communicate the unique value we bring to members.

You’ll have two flexible options:

• Host an onsite class for your team

• Send employees to a regional training session

The program will be led by Jeff Goettl, whom many of you will remember from his work in Learning & Development with CHS.
